Conveyancer – Residential Property

A role has arisen for a Conveyancer to join our Residential Property Department in our friendly, motivated, and forward-thinking firm.

The department deals with a range of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and general advice work on property law.  We welcome applications from licenced conveyancers, legal executives or solicitors from newly qualified to 10 years’ PQE.

The Candidate

  • Client focused conveyancer prioritising quality of service over volume
  • Commercially astute and technically strong
  • Practical skills in communication, organisation and client relations
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a strong and supportive team
  • An understanding of and willingness to embrace the firm's values

Hours of work – Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, Friday, 9am to 5pm
