Children Law

Charlotte specialises in childcare cases, involving Social Services or complex private law issues. She is a member of The Law Society Children Panel. With over twenty years’ experience, having qualified in 2002, Charlotte has an in depth knowledge of her field of work. She undertakes most of her own advocacy and has strong and positive relationships with both professional and lay clients. She has acted for clients in all levels of Court, up to and including the Court of Appeal.
