Her objective is to help connect the dots between our service and clients’ expectations and as a result improve the overall client experience, where possible.
She believes that managing expectations and transparency are the key to forging and developing a long-lasting connection between clients and their lawyers.
Dhruva is a qualified solicitor, and she practiced Private Client law for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in client management as well as team management within the legal field. Dhruva prides herself in her ability to empathise and communicate effectively to reach a natural and helpful resolution for all parties.
Dhruva enjoys learning and developing understanding of modern and historical events. This means that she can disappear down a rabbit hole in her spare time, researching any topic that has sparked the “but why?” question. Dhruva loves being outdoors, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
