Partner Iain works with in the Private Client team specialising in Probate matters, Wills, Trusts and Vulnerable Client issues as well as conducting some residential conveyancing. He is the Honorary Secretary of the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & District Law Society and is a member of the Paddock Wood Business Association.
Iain is a Member of the LLP, a solicitor and Higher Court Advocate. He qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1982 and in England and Wales in 1988. Iain was a litigator at Berry & Berry from 1987 to 2014 when he joined the Private Client Department.
Iain qualified in Northern Ireland in 1982 and in England in 1988. After joining the firm in 1987 he ran our Criminal Department for many years before spending time in the Property Department and then migrating to the Private Client Department. He still holds his Higher Court rights of audience and has appeared in the Court of Appeal.
