Verity joined the firm in 2018 having spent the previous 17 years working in the residential property sector as a legal secretary, conveyancing assistant and conveyancer. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015.
Residential Property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Verity is also the only lawyer in the department who specialises in shared ownership work.

Verity enjoys travelling and has been to many great places including Hawaii, Australia, New Orleans, Chile and Arizona. When she isn’t out of the country she enjoys exploring the Kent countryside on foot with her friends. She also helps run a local guide unit every week.
