Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has been undertaking property work for over 10 years. She deals with sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions and shared-ownership transactions. Her work also involves both modern and traditional auction properties (sales and purchases), transfer of equity, re-mortgage, equity release and bridging finance.
Victoria is registered with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) meaning she is able to certify documents for international use.
I deal with a wide variety of work and have experience with both first time buyers and long-established investment clients. I have dealt with numerous high value matters and have experience with auction properties, acting for both sellers and purchasers. I have experience dealing with shared ownership and have acted as the preferred solicitor on many new build shared ownership estates.

I enjoy Crossfit and mud runs, most recently a Strong Viking race in Amsterdam. I enjoy travelling and am always planning the next adventure. I have a Doberman named Apollo.
