Sara, Liz, Dennis, Rob, Will and Jon are doing the LawNet Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on the 14th of July. They, and their feet, appreciate any donations you can give for 3H Fund.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a classic, very demanding but rewarding walk, which takes in the summits of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres - 2,276 feet), Whernside (736 metres - 2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (723 metres - 2,372 feet) all in one circular anti-clockwise route.

The walk is 24.5 miles (39.2km) long and is over a variety of terrains, and even though the paths have been improved immensely over recent years, certain sections can still be very boggy and energy sapping. By tradition, the aim of the walk will be to complete it within 12 hours.

3H Fund is Berry & Lamberts Solicitors Charity of the year. Founded over 40 years ago, 3H is a locally based charity which runs holidays and day trips for disabled people and enables carers to have respite. Last year 3H helped over 600 people, including family members, enjoy a much-needed break away from the stresses and strains of their difficult, confined everyday circumstances. A holiday for many is not a luxury but a lifeline.
