Paul has been a qualified solicitor for 18 years and has spent the entirety of that time in the Commercial and Dispute Resolution department. Paul advises businesses in ownership disputes, contract disputes with suppliers and customers, employment disputes and preparing commercial contracts.
Paul is also a specialist in Landlord and Tenant/Social Housing law and acts for Housing Associations, Private Landlords and Tenants. He deals with drafting tenancy agreements, possession actions, disrepair problems, issues involving anti-social behaviour and succession issues. Paul also deals with all types of property disputes including ownership disputes, boundary disputes, issues regarding rights of way and party walls. He has recently acted for a couple in a boundary dispute case which received coverage in the national press.

A qualified Social Worker from 1991, Colin worked as a senior Social Worker specialising in child protection and child care for a London Local Authority before qualifying as a solicitor in 1991. He practised in Brixton and Southend, prior to joining our firm in 2007. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1991.
He is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and previously was an Assessor for the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1992. Colin is a member of the legal group of the British Association for Adoption and Fostering and has twice been Chair of the legal group. A Family Law Solicitor with many years’ experience Simon has particular expertise in dealing with financial disputes arising out of divorce/separation, including cases involving international elements with assets abroad. Simon has extensive knowledge of matters concerning property disputes between co-habitees and is very skilled in acting for parents in cases involving the appropriate arrangement for their children’s care.

Having graduated from The University of Kent with a First Class Hons in Forensic Science, Amy embarked on her academic legal training, completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at City University, London with a Commendation, and the Legal Practice Course at The Inns of Court School of Law, with a Distinction. Amy trained with Berry & Lamberts, and qualified into the Commercial & Dispute Resolution department in 2010.
